Ceylon Premium Gems serves customers seeking natural and carefully documented gemstones from Sri Lanka and other gemstone-producing regions.

We prepare each order carefully and use secure packaging appropriate for gemstone shipments.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 8 business days] after payment has been successfully received.

Custom or specially prepared orders may require additional processing time. If additional time is required, we will communicate this to the customer.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using  tracked shipping service.

Where applicable, shipments of high-value gemstones may require:

  • Tracking

  • Insurance

  • Signature confirmation upon delivery

The available shipping options and costs will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Domestic: 6– 10 business days
International: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased gemstone can legally be imported into their country.

Customers may also be responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or other applicable taxes

  • Customs clearance fees

These charges are not necessarily included in the product price or shipping charge.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your shipment appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

For insured shipments, any applicable claim will be handled according to the carrier's insurance and claims procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
