Return & Refund Policy

At Ceylon Premium Gems, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing a gemstone from us. Because each gemstone is a unique natural product, we carefully inspect and accurately describe our stones before they are offered for sale.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within  5 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The gemstone must be returned in its original condition.

• The gemstone must not have been altered, recut, resized, treated, damaged, or modified after delivery.

• Any accompanying certificate, laboratory report, packaging, or documentation must be returned with the gemstone.

• The return must be securely packaged and shipped using an insured and trackable service.

• Customers must contact us before sending a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

• Custom or specially commissioned gemstones.

• Gemstones that have been altered, damaged, treated, recut, or modified after delivery.

• Items returned without prior authorization.

• Items missing their original documentation or certification, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your gemstone arrives damaged or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the package and gemstone.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned gemstone has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 4-6 after approval.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the item arrived damaged.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns should be sent using a fully insured and trackable shipping service.

For high-value gemstones, we strongly recommend using appropriate insurance and secure packaging.
